Our founder – a Finnish-born German – likes to approach what we do from an intercultural perspective. Through her experience at a Brussels-based think tank, the European Central Bank (ECB), and working with PR agencies and industrial companies across Europe and the Middle East, she knows how to connect across cultures and create messages that really resonate.

Sofia is a fictional character. Her name is inspired by Greek mythology and it means "wisdom". It also refers to "cleverness" or "skill" in the arts – a discipline which her creator feels strongly about. But here is the real twist: The last three letters, F, I, and A, represent our company values: fearless, intellectual, and authentic. "& Co" stands for all the exceptional people behind her work.
